Aug. 7th, 2013 08:51 pmIt's been a busy week for Maggie - so busy, in fact, with school starting up again, and formulating lesson plans, and her life outside of work (not that she did much other than spend a lot of time outside with her dog and deflect her mother's phone calls and questions about dates and children and 'are you sure that you're not a lesbian, not that there's anything wrong with that' that even if she ran into Luc on the street or in a cafe, she probably wouldn't have had the time nor the energy to snark at him.
But she made it an absolute point to make the time to attend the next meeting. She might appear a bit exhausted, and a little bit more pale than usual, but she's there, in the front, just like the prior week.
There's something so magnetic about the blond, and the way he speaks, and his passion - how could she not want to hear more?
Even though she might not ever admit it out loud.
